I worked with your father at St. James’ school and we always used to call him (unknown to him Frank and your mum Betty) after the television programme Some Mothers Do Have Em. I wish now that I could have told him because he had a wicked sense of humour and I am sure he would have appreciated it. He was a warm and loving man that cared for all humanity and it was a privilege to know him. Janet Sowerby.
